Messi becomes most renowned Football Player in History As he joined MIAMI LEAGUE CUP WIN MARKS his 44th career TITLE


Having won Inter Miami’s League Cup on Saturday, Lionel Messi became the most decorated player in soccer history as he became the most decorated player in history. 

Having spearheaded his team’s quest for its first trophy since joining the MLS, the World Cup winner also made his own history. 

His glittering career spans from 2004 to 2023, and he’s won the Ballon d’Or an unprecedented seven times. Just over a month after he arrived in South Florida, he has already won his first trophy on American soil, the Leagues Cup. 

Aside from ten La Liga titles, four Champions League victories, seven Copa Del Reys, eight Spanish Super Cups, three FIFA Club World Cups, three UEFA Super Cups, an Olympic Gold, a U20 World Cup, two Ligue 1 titles, and one Trophée de Champions, he has an almost overflowing trophy cabinet. He also has two FIFA Ballon d’Or awards and is the only player to win the European Golden Shoe four times. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time.
